There is little point in tactical (a more accurate term than strategic) ABC voting because it merely encourages more Conservative supporters to vote, resulting in more Conservatives being elected.<br /><br />What we need is to change the game. Only the NDP have proportional representation on their platform this year although the Bloc and Greens both support it. Conversely the Liberal leader doesn't. Voting Liberal therefore means that we will be stuck with the same old "lesser evil" voting that elected Harper in the first place.<br /><br />This election is too important to vote out of fear. Vote for real change by voting for whichever Bloc, Green or NDP candidate has the best shot at winning in your riding.<br /><br />Winner-take-all electoral systems cannot be fixed. They need to be replaced. LeadNow need to learn that ABC's basic premise is absurd.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
