Are you asking about this one or the three banana recipes I put up.This one, as hard as it is to believe, is from is from Gourmet Magazine in the early 80s. Put to be fair it was an ad, not one of their recipes.The banana ones are from a small banana cookbook from the early 50s. It was a black and white leaflet style cookbook.
