As the title implies, the cookbook is based around a series of seasonal full menus that give a complete meal from appetizers, salads and soups through the main course to the dessert.
As part of our lead-up to the Thanksgiving holiday -- much beloved by so many not only for the gatherings of friends and families but also for the food -- we return to this cookbook to look at her Thanksgiving menu.
And what a menu it is with roast turkey with oyster stuffing and giblet gravy, turnip souffle, cranberry sauce and a pumpkin pie recipe (of course) and more.
Watch for posts later today and this week with more Thanksgiving ideas.
